Just like when you build a house a business needs foundations to be built on, most people when they start a business are excited and enthusiastic and in their excitment they tend to over look some of the foundation steps required to build a business in readiness for thier future growth. If you are not currently building the foundations and systems in your business then you are probably not getting the results you want, need or desire.

As a minimum you need:

• Business Plan (including your marketing, sales and budgets)
  
• The structure and operational processes of how the business is run. Usually in the form of an operations manual
• Clear workflows and documentation on the processes, implementation and execution of the marketing & sales activities.
• Job descriptions for all roles within the business (including an organisation chart - sales, marketing, management, administration, finance, IT etc)
• A mentor, coach, mastermind group or manager.

It’s very easy when we work for ourselves to be easily distracted, allow our fears to dominate our thoughts, procrastinate on the important tasks and not be accountable for our results. Once you master the management of your business it will thrive.

YOUR MANAGER is a management service to help take pressure off and get you focused on achieving your goals. This is NOT A COACHING service, this is about management of your business and working with you to set realistic targets, actions and being accountable, using the appropriate resources and methods to get real results.
 
YOUR MANAGER helps:

• To keep you on track, accountable for your actions
• Discuss your challenges and assist in developing soutions
  
• Determine the value and impact of your marketing efforts on your sales results
• Establish an operations manual
• Monitor the Sales Process
  
• Evaluate your results

How does the program work?

We set targets, provide templates for you to record your successes/challenges on and we provide  coaching/direction/advice based on those results.

Importantly you send in your sumary of activity each Friday by 5pm, then each Monday we run a virtual meeting with you setting the direction for the week, each meeting consists of a development segment and discussion and solutions to challenges.

Mimimum comittment is 12 weeks at $97 per week (an initial fee totalling 2 weeks is required to commence the program) the remainder is on a weekly pay-as-you-go system.
